Lauren McComas
PRESIDENT
ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Lauren began her theatre career in New Jersey at age 5. She has been on the stage for over 100 different performances in theatres up and down the East Coast, as well as in California and Indiana, and has directed over 50 productions. She received her BA in Theatre after studying at Messiah College, Temple University, and the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, Ireland. She has also been a guest host on QVC and a video-spokesmodel for Apartment Guide. Lauren was named one of Main Line Today's 2018 Women on the Move. Founding SALT Performing Arts is her childhood dream-come-true. Lauren is thrilled to be on this journey with her amazing husband and 3 small children. Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
Rob Merow
VICE PRESIDENT
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Rob works as an Architectural Lighting Designer in New York as well as directs SALT's set, lighting, and sound design. He and his wife Emily are founding members of the SALT success and are blessed to continue in full time involvement.
Bethanie Emery has her B.A. in Psychology and Communications and has over 17 years of administrative, event planning, and fundraising experience for both corporate and non-profit companies.

Chelsea , grad of WCU with a degree in Musical Theatre and Dance, works as a freelance Theatre Artist specializing in Children's Theatre Education, Directing, Stage & Venue Management, Theatrical Design, Performance and Choreography.

Judy graduated from Northwestern University majoring in Communications. She has many years of corporate and nonprofit marketing experience and loves all the aspects of promoting the fun we have at SALT.

Elizabeth has been working with SALT since 2016 Elizabeth has a Masters of Education and a BS in Music Education. Elizabeth has been teaching in the public school system for over 17 years, as well as, working with and mentoring children in other capacities for over 25 years.

David is a native of Tennessee who graduated with a BA in theatre and film with an emphasis in narrative storytelling, which has allowed him to work all over the country from Philadelphia to Hollywood, specializing in set construction, set design, and directing.

Elizabeth has over 25 years of stage and screen experience, having performed in everything from Comedy, Drama, Shakespeare, Musical Theatre, and numerous TV commercials and corporate industrials.

Kurt received his B.A. (Theatre) from Muhlenberg College and is SVP/Trust Managing Director for Phoenixville Federal Bank and Trust. He has been performing as an actor and vocalist for over 25 years. He is also a professional magician and served as a panel member for Muhlenberg College’s Art and Theory of Magic Program.
